Please note: Beauty Products & Fragrances are considered final sale items and cannot be returned.

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at contact@trendzxpress.com with details of the product and the defect by providing a photo or video to customer service. This would greatly expedite the process. Remember that the product must be unused and in original condition.

Please be advised that emailing your request does not guarantee exchange unless you receive a reply from customer service or a formal exchange email after reviewing the photos or video of product.

** The customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges of returned items. Such charges may include the cost of shipment for returning the item, applicable taxes, and any other qualifying fees that may apply.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within first four hours of placing your order at contact@trendzxpress.com Due to the high volume of orders shipped daily, we may not be able to honor a cancellation request as we aim to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible.

Please include your customer order #, name and e-mail address used for the order and what the reason for cancel. If an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel your order. Please be advised that emailing your request does not guarantee cancellation unless you receive a reply from customer service or a formal cancellation email.
